Have a Great Idea for the City? Make it Reality with the Capital Improvement Program!

In past newsletters, we’ve covered Salt Lake City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including what it is, and some examples of projects. The city council still has until the end of this month to finalize their selection for this year’s projects, but it’s already time to get going for next year’s applications! 

Don’t have an idea yet? No problem! You have until the end of September to get your application in to the city, but you should get started now. Part of the process includes getting letters of support, so you’ll want to reach out to organizations and businesses that might be interested as well as the local community council.
