The eighth annual 2025 Golden Spoke Bike Ride will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025. The Golden Spoke Bike Ride is a community event held each year on the second Saturday in May to celebrate the ever expanding network of paved trails that run from Ogden to Provo.
This free event is open to all bike levels, from beginners to experienced cyclists. With multiple ride options that vary from a few miles for families, up to 100 miles for distance cyclers, there is something for everyone. To help riders get to and from the event, we’ve partnered with UTA to give all participants a free transit pass. All registrants will also receive a free water bottle and the first 200 to sign up will get a $10 voucher for food at the end of ride. Plan to join us at the end-of-ride celebration, at the new Skippers Bay trailhead and boat launch on the Provo River Delta. Activities will include a family ride around Skippers Bay, a bike rodeo as well as a scavenger hunt and activities for kids. There will also be food trucks, music, community booths and a service activity.
The Golden Spoke Bike Ride is a great way to get exercise, enjoy the outdoors, and learn more about our incredible trail system built and supported by you!
